My coaching focuses on sleep, rest, refueling, and regeneration—using movement-based self-care, sleep hygiene, and targeted nutrition to restore energy, and repair tissue. These strategies will enhance your body’s ability to adapt, rebuild, and thrive after exercise.

And while I’m still on my journey, I often pause to thank my younger self—for the courage, the effort, and the small steps that led me to the joy and fulfillment I feel now.
